The apartment "Flair" is flooded with light, spacious, fully equipped with high quality and. with 95 sqm very spacious.
The highlight is the spacious roof terrace incl. Winter garden facing south / west.
Large living room with separate reading corner, satellite TV, DVD player and music system.
Nice, very bright dining area with skylight
2 bedrooms, with space for additional cots. The 2.4 m * 2 m extra large double bed in the large bedroom is special.

The city center is easily reached on foot / by bike. It is approx. 2.7 km to the city center and 300 m to the Wakenitz recreation area. There are cycle paths, hiking trails and boats can be launched and bathed.
The Baltic Sea with its beaches is about 25 km away.
At a distance of 700 m. Shops and restaurants.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor with a beautiful view over the garden into the green.

You can grill on the terrace (with the existing e-grill) and if necessary you can also use it for smoking, otherwise the apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Lage top, allerdings keine eigene Parkmöglichkeit - reichlich Parkplätze in der Straße vorhanden. Ausstattung top. Sauberkeit generell in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Dusche sehr renovierungsbeduerftig. Fugen Schimmelig, Duschwanne ebenfalls schimmelig. Hier herrscht dringender Handlungsbedarf.

Super Lage

Sehr schöne Lage, alles mehr oder weniger Fußläufig. Wasser, Einkauf, Lokalitäten. OK zur Altstätten sind es dann doch ein paar Schritte. Intern auch alles da und das in einer sehr schön Ausgestatteten Wohnung.

Mit einem Wort: wunderbar

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu dritt in den Sommerferien hier und konnten dank der schönen Ferienwohnung einen feinen Urlaub erleben. Es handelt sich um eine gepflegte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im OG eines Wohnhauses in bester Lage von Lübeck: ruhige Wohnstraße, 15 Radminuten ins historische Zentrum (sechs Minuten per PKW über die „Mühlenbrücke“) und fünf Radminuten zur nächsten 1a-Badestelle in der Wakenitz. Alle einschlägigen Supermärkte sind auf der Ratzeburger Allee in ca. 1 km vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist prima: Großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, Eßdiele, (kleine) Küche, Wohnzimmer mit großem TV und Stereoanlage, tolle Terrasse nach Südwesten mit Wintergarten (wie auf den Fotos). Die vier Betten sind angenehm breit: im ersten Schlafzimmer je 120 cm, im zweiten müssten es je 100 cm gewesen sein. An die recht harten Matratzen haben wir uns etwas gewöhnen müssen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, vom Backofen über den Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach bis zur Mikrowelle (ach ja: nur eine zweite Pfanne haben wir hin und wieder vermisst). Und wer es braucht: Im Bad befindet sich außerdem eine hochwertige Waschmaschine nebst Trockner. Uns haben die vielen Bilder (fast alles Originale) an den Wänden der Eßdiele und des Wohnzimmers gut gefallen. Es ist eben keine 08/15-Wohnung, sondern mit individueller Note eingerichtet. Zum angenehmen Aufenthalt trägt zudem der nette Empfang durch Ehepaar Döring bei. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wie immer einwandfreie Abwicklung über FeWo-Direkt.

Komfortable, ruhige und dennoch zentralgelegene Ferienwohnung. Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar vor dem Anwesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs unweit entfernt. Ideal für ein Paar entspannte Tage zu genießen. Nette und freundliche Vermieter.

Schöne und geräumige FeWo mit Dachterrasse als Highlight

Wir haben im Juli 22 zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier in Lübeck verbracht. Die perfekte sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo mit Dachterrasse ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Urlaub in Lübeck und Umgebung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die allen Komfort bietet, der für einen entspannten Urlaub notwendig ist. Wir haben vor allem die Dachterasse genutzt, zumal das Wetter allerdings auch sehr warm war. Aber auch sonst ist reichlich Platz im gemütlichen Wohn- und Esszimmer. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuss an der Wakenitz und mit Fahrrad oder Auto in gut 10min im Zentrum Lübecks. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

erholsamer Kurzurlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine kurze, aber schöne Zeit in Lübeck. Der Wintergarten eignet sich wunderbar um morgens bei einem Frühstück den Tag zu beginnen und abends den Tag beim Sonnenuntergang ausklingen zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Durch den Schlüsselsafe gestaltete sich die An- und Abreise unkompliziert. Die Lübecker Altstadt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es empfiehlt sich aber das Auto in einem Parkhaus abzustellen und die Altstadt zu Fuß oder Rad zu erkunden. Wir hatten Glück und konnten bei Sonnenschein ein paar entspannende Stunden in Travemünde und Boltenhagen genießen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einer sehr zu empfehlenden Ferienwohnung.
