Clean comfortable cottage style home. Excellent location- Great renovation of a property and well appointed. Perfect place to stay while visiting Paradise Valley.
From booking to check out, it was seamless. The house was even better than the photos. Very comfortable beds, very nice bathroom and shower, and all very clean. We will be staying here again if back in the Livingston area.
This property was a wonderful base for exploring Livingston. It is clear that a lot of thought and energy were put into the 2021 remodel. We hope that it is available the next time we visit.

Cheri was an excellent guest and is welcome back anytime. Great communication and left the house in such good shape, I could barely tell anyone stayed.
Looking forward to hosting her again!
Enjoyed the house. Lovely bathroom and the extra air conditioning in the bedrooms was helpful, being it was 99 degrees. I had no problems with parking my car on the street in from of the house. We enjoyed the backyard as well. I would stay again.
Nicely remodeled home for our short stay. We enjoyed our morning walks down by the river. We missed being able to open the windows during our stay due to this being a multi unit property and the other tenant being seen and heard

Thank you for staying with us, Suzanne. We are sorry the downstairs long term tenant disrupted your stay. We are located in the heart of downtown Livingston with neighbors on either side.
Perfect home, walk to downtown and Yellowstone River
Wonderfully renovated bungalow with all the amenities. Our stay was so comfortable. Some nights we cooked at home; other nights we walked downtown to eat out. Beautiful riverside walking path and park half block away. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed hosting Gordon for the second time and look forward to hosting him and his family again next summer.
Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! Beautiful home, very clean and well stocked with essential. Location was perfect, easy walk to downtown as well as the park and trail for some amazing views of the mountains and the river!! Short distance to locations that provided guided tours of Yellowstone! Check in and out process was easy. Host made herself available if we needed her, but everything was just perfect and we had no need to contact her! I would definitely recommend this place and am already looking forward to visiting again next year!!
We only stayed one night because my husband was ill

We enjoyed hosting Linda and her husband and hope to have them back when her husband is feeling better. They arrived early and we let them check in as soon as we could and later that evening, Linda called me and said they had to head back to WY. The illness was due to a COVID complication.
Everything was clean, accessible and well thought out. The location is fabulous, the river and park is at one end of the street and shopping and restaurants at the other end.
All was in walking distance. Communication was easy. It was very clear that the hosts take great care in you enjoying your stay.

Mike was a great guest and we'd love to host him again soon!
This VRBO was excellent. It is newly renovated and very comfortable. Two bedrooms and one bath were perfect for 3 adults (one queen and one double bed). It is within easy walking distance to downtown Livingston with shops and restaurants. It is also close to Sacagawea Park. Plenty of on-street parking. The full-time tenant in the basement was so quiet, we almost didn't know he was there. We will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.
