What a lovely spot! So much character here. The location is amazing. Don’t worry about parking, we had no issues with the street parking. The bed is very firm - note this if you have a sore back. Kitchen is well stocked - coolers are even supplied. Would stay again!

Quiet, clean, and well appointed historic second floor apartment with friendly neighbors. Downtown restaurants are within walking distance and the location was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Yellowstone and Bozeman. Parking is at street level and there is a two hour maximum during weekday business hours, which was the only downside of the property. The property management company was very responsive and we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this small but comfortable apartment in the historic Graybow Hotel. Being at the center of downtown Livingston was very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would love to see the bathroom upgraded - the sink has separate hot & cold faucets, which makes it challenging to use. Otherwise we highly recommend the space.

Great Place

Such a nice little place perfect for any length of stay. Great location, immaculate apartment, great town! The historic Garbow Hotel is really beautiful and unique. We loved Livingston and will definitely be back!

This renovated historic hotel suite is amazing! So tastefully done and well appointed. Conveniently located to walk to downtown stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The window AC units made the space a good temp. The unit is on the 2nd floor but is right at the top of the stairs, so easy to get to. The building was very quiet. The only reason we gave it a 4 for “as described” is because they do NOT have laundry services. That needs to be taken out of the listing. We went to the Livingston Laundromat, which was fine, but we picked this place for the middle of our trip because it had laundry listed! The historic details and high ceilings were so beautiful.

Fantastic (and historic) location

The apartment was well appointed (and better than the photos!). You can’t beat the location, and the history of the building adds to the experience. Great rate, responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Downtown Livingston Gem
