The cottage was perfect for a quick overnight stay on our way to Colorado. The neighborhood is great, and it was close to downtown dinner choices. It is located conveniently to highway access, but still quiet area.
Charming place near downtown. A glitch in the door keypad upon arrival was the only hiccup in the process. The host greeted me upon arrival though and the situation was resolved. I look forward to staying there again in my next trip through.
My stay was very enjoyable comfortable place today at! Very safe knowing I can keep my truck parked out from. Mickey was kind enough to check on me to make sure I felt ok staying and brought clean linen as well. I highly recommend this location. A friend came to visit one night and her along with her 2 small pups were comfy as well like a cozy home.

We are in Amarillo at least twice a year for dance. This was the PERFECT place for my two daughters and me. It can get expensive eating out, and I was able to book this property, fully furnished, cozy, quiet, and safe for the same amount I paid before and for much less than a suite. We cooked our meals, watched television, and relaxed like it was home. It was a bargain! The owner popped by and introduced himself which was quite nice. I will book again!
Great place to stay while in town. The B on the unit was a bit hard to see in the dark, but my host graciously came down at a late hour to help orient me. Thanks!
Loved being right near downtown in a cute little historic neighborhood. The place was super clean, very comfy and a really nice place crash after lots of driving. It was very well appointed and communication with the host was superb.
Our hosts were gracious and very understanding. Especially when, during a storm, we lost power and the smoke detector decided to have a nervous breakdown.
Our host graciously came over and dismantled it, even though it was late night.
The apartment has everything you need, very well stocked with thoughtful products. The bed was very comfortable with lovely white linens.
It is a wonderful location just blocks away from various restaurants and the civic center. The historic district has many beautiful homes and this was just one of them.
We’ll try to stay again next year.
We're a family of four visiting Amarillo for a two night excursion. The location was perfect for us since we went to Sod Poodles baseball games both nights. It was minutes away. It was also just a few minutes from grocery stores. The house was neat and clean, and the owners are right next door in case you need help with anything (though we didn't). Those who cook will appreciate the quality of their knives. We would definitely stay there again!
We rented this apartment for my wife's brother and sister-in-law. When they arrived, they so enjoyed the quaint apartment along with the peace and quiet. They were able to visit family and have a peaceful home to come to in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this clean and inviting apartment.

We were needing a quick get-away. And we didn't want to stay at a hotel. The place is very clean. And had everything we needed. A nice relaxing living space, cozy bedroom and a functional kitchen. And a wonderful space to get ready for the day. I wish we had more time to stay, relax and enjoy the porch. Very pleased.
This property was perfect for us for a get away weekend. It would also be great for longer stays. It is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely book again if available.
This charming duplex was absolutely perfect in every way! It was quiet, cozy, and quaint. The perfect place for 1-2 people. All amenities we needed were provided, and the check-in process was seamless. Not one complaint. Mickey and Wilma make sure you are taken care every step of the way. As an added bonus their family were some of the original settlers in Amarillo, and Mickey has extensive and fascinating stories about the Panhandle you would get no where else. Hands down the BEST!!
