Renovated in 2019, L'Elysée Studio is a large, contemporary studio apartment with plenty of sun, sky and beautiful views. It is a short walk to the famous Champs-Elysées and Avenue Montaigne -– the most fashionable avenues in Paris.

While the apartment is modern, the building is quintessentially French in terms of its style of architecture, dating back to the early 1900s. With a grand, marble, spiral staircase and large French doors on every floor, you quickly realize that you are in Paris! ??
The apartment was recently completely redecorated with great care, focusing on every detail of the décor from the softness of the pillows, to the comfort of the couch, to the richness of the bath towels – all with the intent of ensuring that your stay in Paris is enjoyable and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location was amazing — everything was very convenient for visiting the major tourist areas, and the metro station just down the street made getting around the city incredibly easy. Having a small grocery market right by the entrance was also very handy.The apartment was exactly as described and worked perfectly for the three of us. My teenage son said the pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, and the queen bed was great as well. The privacy curtain was a nice touch and helped make the space feel more functional for a group.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay — very responsive, helpful, and always available if we had questions.Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was fantastic—close to great cafes, shops, and easy access to public transportation, which made exploring the city effortless.What really stood out, though, was the host. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. A brilliant position for any couple in Paris for a good period of time. We had a month here, and were able to best-use the Carrefour next to our building, for eating in when required, great wines, excellent selection of food, great bread, as well as close to the metro and some great bus services. An excellent bed! Clean room, all kitchen services. Excellent communication from the owners. We will be back again! Recommended.

Very nice, clean apartment. Shower had good water pressure. We used the washing machine that had a quick cycle which is just what we needed. Great location - was just a short walk away from the train station with nearby restaurants and stores.

The location was amazing! We felt very safe and could walk everywhere we wanted to go! The unit was great and made amazing use of the space!!! Loved the privacy curtain that went around the bed so our teenange daughter felt she had a space of her own as well.

Wonderful location. Near two metro stations and bus stop nearby. Building has great security (better than lots of hotels). Quiet unit overlooks the courtyard (slept great after NYE celebrations). Food market downstairs, bakery at the end of the street. Walking distance (20min) to Arc de Triomphe, Petite/Grand Palais, Palais Garnier, Hop-on/Off bus.Laundry is handy for longer stays. The fridge is great for leftovers, juices, breakfasts. Bed is comfortable, good closet space. YouTube, Netflix and other streaming services on TV.

Tiny apartment in Paris center

The location is in ideal position for walk through the city. In 30 min walk you can get all point of interest of the city. We used the washing machine and it works very well. We spent great time in this location.

An amazing and warm home in Miromesnil

I have never stayed at a lovelier apartment in any city, one where everything worked as it should, which was picturesque and comfortable and a perfect “home base” for our travels. The neighborhood is right in the center of everything and yet still fairly quiet and calm. The hosts were immediately responsive, friendly, and speak great English. I really could not have asked for anything more and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing for a top-flight Paris experience. Bon voyage!

The property is exactly as described, it was very clean, overall perfect for us. It is in a classic building but the kitchen and bath are modern and everything works perfectly. The bed is very comfortable. It is very quiet yet convenient - the window overlooks an interior courtyard, so common in Paris, not the street. The hosts are extraordinarily helpful, met us at the door to give us the keys and explain in and out, cleaned something we dropped in the common area and got us a taxi to the airport. One interesting thing is that some sources say this building was HQ for the US CIA from the end of WWII until the 2000s. Everything was close - a Carrefour downstairs, restaurants up and down the street, the Post Office on the street and Micromesnil Metro at the end of the block.

During my entire 6-night, 7-day stay, there was no hot water. The host knew about this issue before I checked in but didn’t inform me until I asked about the lack of hot water. I’m really shocked that they didn’t notify me in advance. I’m going to file a complaint directly with Vrbo. The host even threatened to take legal action if I spoke up about it.I gave it one star because the location is good.
There’s no need to distort the truth.

We want to first address your comment about being threatened. That is a very serious statement, and we want to clarify what was communicated and for which we have proof. Our message was that continued communication of a harassing nature after your departure and return to your home country would not be tolerated, and that we would involve VRBO to help mediate if necessary. Regarding the hot water, as we explained, we were not aware of the issue prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, a lack of communication from our building management caused a delay in us knowing that there was a problem and so that we could proactively address this with you by fully refunding your money. Lastly, despite our sincere efforts to make things right, you either declined the proposed solutions or were unavailable. We didn’t hear back from you until you had returned to your home country. We are truly sorry your stay did not meet your expectations because of the hot water issue. As reflected in our many 10/10 reviews, we take guest comfort very seriously and pride ourselves on providing clear, timely, and honest communication. We were glad, however, to see from your daughter’s note that she had a positive experience in the apartment, which reflects the stay we aim to provide for all our guests.

Charming Paris Apartment

I loved my stay in this charming apartment. Dora was lovely to deal with and went out of her way to make my stay perfect. She met me later than planned due to my flight and showed me around the home. She had fresh roses and got me the perfect coffee, to my taste. She even researched metro times for me and sent me the info. Thank you Dora. The apartment was cozy and elegant. I enjoyed a coffee in bed each morning looking out those huge windows. The neighbourhood was great and close to the metro for easy travel around the whole city. Great for walking day and night. I plan to stay in this spot again. It's a winner!

Although our guest did not leave a comment, we still reached out to them, as we do with all our guests, to ensure they had a good experience in our apartment. The guest gave us a 6 out of 10 review without any comments, so we wanted to understand where we fell short in order to improve in the future. We reached out to them, and these are the two points they were dissatisfied with: 1) They purchased their flight ticket, and their flight was scheduled to land at 8 p.m. Paris time. They informed us that they would not arrive at the apartment until 10 p.m. We simply reminded them that our latest check-in time is 11 p.m., as we do not function as a hotel (this is clearly stated in the house rules on our listing). They then chose to change their flight to an earlier one and were unhappy about this. We ask all our guests to carefully read the rules and policies on our listing to avoid any confusion. 2) The guest mentioned that there was no air conditioning in the apartment. Please refer to the amenities section of the listing, where we clearly state that we do not provide AC in the unit. This is something we are considering installing in the future. Most French apartments do not have air conditioning, unlike in North America, due to the structure of the buildings and windows. We go to great lengths to ensure that each of our guests has an enjoyable experience in our apartment while visiting this beautiful city, and we will continue working hard to provide quality accommodation to everyone who stays with us. Please make sure to carefully read the house rules, check-in times, and listed amenities before booking our property. We would be happy to host you, provided our property fits your needs.
