The apartment is in a quiet location 10 minutes walk from a large shopping center "Gran Plaza". There you will find many fashion, sports, perfumery, technology shops, a supermarket, as well as a cinema center and restaurants.
The Roquetas Theater is on the way to the shopping center. There are also many restaurants and bars for every taste near the theater. Every Thursday there is a weekly market in la Avenida Unión Europea.
Towards Aguadulce (approx. 4 km from the apartment) there is the Costa de Almeria aquarium and the "Mariopark" water park. Right across the street you will find the barrier reef and ancient Roman ruins in the water ideal for diving. If there is enough wind, you will meet many kitesurfers and windsurfers. Towards the Urbanización of Roquetas, a beach promenade leads to the small port of Roquetas. Ideal to end the day with a nice walk in the evening.
