Perched above the palm trees and looking out on the water of the Atlantic, this three bedroom, three bath Shipwatch villa offers a comfortable retreat for your Isle of Palms vacation. Enjoy lovely interiors, panoramic views of the ocean and lush beach landscape from the privacy of a tastefully furnished living room and the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with tile flooring and bar seating for two, in addition to the dining area with table and chairs for six provides plenty of space and convenience for your mealtime needs. If you prefer al fresco dining, enjoy your meals at a four seat table on the balcony as inhale the salty breeze and the sounds of the sea. Just steps from the beach and the Shipwatch pool, this spacious villa comfortably sleeps seven. The master bedroom features a king bed with a brand-new mattress upgrade as of March 2025. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen and a double bed. Each bedroom has its own well-appointed bathroom for added convenience. So settle in to island life and make yourself at home in the bright, clean atmosphere of this welcoming ocean front Lowcountry villa.

Linens are included. No Pets. No Smoking.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Overall room was very good but there were a few issues - track for main bathroom shower door needs to be fixed, couldn’t bring beach wagons into room and got a notice we couldn’t leave outside door, and most beach paths had steps which was difficult for beach wagons.

Great Getaway!

First, we had a great time overall! The requirement for an in-person check in at the Island Realty office is a little inconvenient and outdated. The office is like 3 miles from the unit. Also, the furnishings are a little outdated as well. Those are our only complaints! The pool is less than 1 minute from the unit and you can sit on the balcony and watch the older kiddos swim. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk from the unit - perfect if you need to haul a bunch of beach gear. The HOA requires pool passed that you pick up at Island Realty at check in. There is a $25 fee for lost passes. We lost one the first day - beware. They are not true wristlets so they slip off easily. We ended up tying the rest to our bags, which worked out. Overall, we enjoyed our trip.

Reviewer Comments: The pictures pn line are very nice but look NOTHING like the unit. VERY DARK! Only thing beachy was a jar of shells and a plastic plate with fish on it. Fridge door would not close. Three people came to look at it. finally it was fixed. Ran the dishwasher but did not run the cycle. Just hand washed from then on. So small had to move furnitture to walk. If at the washed and dryer had to stand sides way. Grout and tile so spotty you thought there were bugs everywhere,. TV was so small (probably 19" at best in living room. Bedroom TV was no better and one was just a old computer screen. Broken Lamp, no light bulbs. Air has to be on 67 and two bedrooms still no air. Order two fans for a touch of relief. Old candy wrappers on floos and under couch. It was like living in the Projects! Our family was staying next door and there unit was beautiful. All I could do is Cry! WAY OVERPRICED! I would not have payed 1/2 of the cost.

I would suggest a few things to make the condo top of the line: 1. Please upgrade the TVs. I understand you don’t go to the beach to watch TV but you are in the condo at night and the TVs were so small, you could not see the guide. 2. The master bedroom mattress is horrible to say the least. 3. The air only flows in the master bedroom, kitchen and living room. There was zero air flow in the back two bedrooms.

The front bedroom with 2 queen beds would not get real cool at night. Island Realty was good to work with and keep you informed about reservations and up to date. Disappointed in condo but loved staying at this site. Had friends in another condo on 1st floor that was very nice. Would recommend the site not the condo. Thank you

Nice Holiday Getaway

We are very familiar with Shipwatch condos and this particular property worked very well for us over a long holiday weekend. The unit had a great view and everything we needed. The only issue we had was that turning on the heat set off the smoke detector. Fortunately, the weather was mild enough to go without it and I did not report the issue to the property manager until we had left. I would return to this rental again.

Fantastic place!

Rented this place for a vacation with friends and loved it! I would call it a little cozy but definitely never felt small or crowded. The bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge plus. The location can’t be beat! Super close to the beach and the beach definitely wasn’t crowded for early august, also the pool was great and easy to get to. Parking was super convenient as well. The big thing is to listen to the check instructions and give the fridge some time to cool down before you fill it with groceries. Definitely would go back!
