Great property away from strip. Lots of shops near by and decent privacy. Host answered text or questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Super easy all around. No problems! House was extremely clean and had absolutely everything you would need. In fact...My husband and I were in town for business and had to come back a few weeks later. We wanted to book this rental again but it was already rented out. Act quick on this one!

Beautiful home! It's just too bad that a few of the highlighted amenities were inoperable. Starting outdoors; upon arrival we were told the spa remote was on the wall going out to the patio. It was actually a control panel hidden behind draperies not visible at all. When I sent a message to the owner, I was responded with what felt like a rude response. I did not feel like communicating with her again. The pool was dirty and very cold. Granted, we did not ask for the pool to be heated but it is Vegas and hot outside! The spa was heated as asked but the seating and flooring is crumbling apart and we were stepping on chunks of gravel. Also, some handles would be helpful. There is also a nice looking gas firepit, but no instruction on how to use it. The gas grill for cooking was also falling apart inside. It has gas piped directly to it, but again, no instruction for how to get the gas flowing to it. All these things just need some simple instructions included. The inside of the house was very comfortable and beautiful. The master bed is very comfortable. The "fancy" cbtl coffee machine was inoperable. It showed a blinking light indicating it needed descaling. Would not work!! The regular coffee pot was usable, however, there was coffee grounds left in the machine when we went to use it. Clearly had not been cleaned! The door coming from garage has no handle. If you close the door- you are locked out. This is a nice place, it just needs some attention.
