A beautiful historic residential neighborhood reminiscent of old Americana, it is pedestrian friendly good for walking and biking.

Your own private entrance! The house is a spacious studio layout with a full large size bathroom, a quaint kitchen ready for cooking, and comfortable furnishings. There is 1 Queen Bed, and a Sleeper Sofa just in case. A dedicated carport for one car, a ready to cook in kitchen, and a private back patio for outdoor dining and/or grilling.

Off the kitchen there is an outdoor fireplace where you can enjoy the outdoors under the mature pecan trees.

Tailor-made for traveling professionals, or families staying in Waco for an extended time. Stylishly decorated with comfort and ease in mind.

Location, location, location!
The Castle Heights neighborhood is an exclusive well-established area that gives off a feeling of old Americana. With its established oak trees and curvy lanes. There is lots of walking, biking, jogging. A family friendly neighborhood.
5-10 minutes from pretty much any spot in the city. You will enjoy less time in your vehicle. Not to mention all the attractions nearby.
