Located in the heart of the fifth ward this newly renovated fully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom has a brand new OUTDOOR SHOWER and PATIO! It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or take a leisurely stroll to Ocean Drive. If you're feeling more social head in the other direction to Thames Street and enjoy great food, live music and vivacious cocktails.



Located on a quiet dead end street with ample off street parking and a large side yard for barbecuing and entertainment. This home has everything you need including the best location in Newport!

You have access to your entire unit. This is part of a side-by-side duplex with private entrance, parking, yard and outdoor space.



Other Things to Note:

This property is pet friendly! $350/pet. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know prior to your stay and shall never be left unattended in the property.



Again, this is a part of a side-by-side duplex. While the home is a duplex each unit has their own private entrance, yard, sitting area, outdoor shower and shed. Parking in the front for both units.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is hard to beat, with so much within walking distance, and having a fenced yard made traveling with our dog so much easier. The property was exactly as listed, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. STAY was fantastic with communication from beginning to end. We’d definitely recommend this rental!

Property was as advertised and in a nice quiet part of Newport. Easy access to mansions, Thames Street and Ocean Blvd. Outdoor space was nicer in other unit but grill and outdoor shower were great.
