Villa Les Bergeons of 125m², ideally located on the heights of St-Cast, rue de Lesrot, 10 minutes walk from the beach and city centre;<br><br>Recent renovation (2013), excellent luxury services, enclosed garden out of sight. You will be charmed by this family home, you will find a large living room with a TV area, a dining room, all overlooking the garden, a very well equipped kitchen, a 2nd TV lounge and fireplace (insert), a guest toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 180 cm bed with private shower room, a master suite (with a 160 cm bed) giving access to a beautiful terrace with sea view, the bedroom is equipped with a wood stove, a private bathroom and toilet and a dressing room. Shaded parking for one vehicle in the garden.
