Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The maximum guests allowed is 15 only if paying the additional fee. Anything over that is NOT ALLOWED.
The only building that ANY guest is allowed in is the house, the beach, the gazebo and porches are included. Nobody is allowed in the shed
The Catering trailer if off limits as well.

This house built in 2003 and has been completly renovated this year. New paint in every room, new floors, 2 new air conditioners, new countertops, kitchen cabinets painted and refurnished inside as well.

This property is private and very secluded and relaxing. In the Lake, on the private beach or just chilling inside enjoying the view of the Lake you will be very comfortable at this property.

What makes this property unique

Outdoor shower, walk around the Lake, fish from the shore, take a dip, play in the sand. Relax and enjoy.
