With a premium location, the 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was built with modern finishes, balancing contemporary design with comfortable bright spaces. The warm and welcoming open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room is filled with beautiful natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen has a modern Scandinavian design which features a large island that seats 4, a walk-in pantry, and a modern farm house table that comfortably seats 8. The main living area opens to a generous outdoor space with both lounge seating and a dining area-ready for summer bbq’s, ping pong tournaments, and star gazing.

The master suite has a queen bed and a breath-taking view of Mount Sopris off the sunny private deck. The bedroom is open to the master bath which has a large shower and freestanding soaking tub-perfect after a day on the slopes or trails.

The 1st guest bedroom features a queen Nectar bed as well as ample desk space for remote work. The 2nd guest bedroom features 2 twin Nectar beds. Additionally, there is a cozy basement space equipped with a tv and games, a bright and sunny reading nook, and an open loft office space with high speed internet.

The home is situated in the heart of Old Town Basalt. Two Gold Medal rivers, The Frying Pan and Roaring Fork are right out the door. You can also bike, hike and explore right from the door step. Less than 25 minutes away is Aspen and it’s legendary skiing and world class downtown, Snowmass mountain bike park, and the world famous hot springs of Glenwood Springs. So much to explore in the Roaring Fork Valley and Basalt is the perfect place to base your adventures.

The home is set-up perfectly for couples, families and group gatherings...with its private bedrooms and beautifully designed shared spaces. There is a desk area if you need to work remotely or the kids have some homework. We have a guide book on location with some of our favorite restaurants, events and activities in the Roaring Fork Valley and a few day trips in Colorado to enjoy.
