Welcome to Turtle Cove on Lake Norman, where the only thing on your to-do list is to relax, recharge, and enjoy the water. Tucked into a peaceful cove, this spacious lakefront home invites you, your family, and friends to make unforgettable memories—whether you're enjoying the views, kicking back in the hot tub, or battling it out in the game room.

As you step inside, you're greeted by natural light streaming through large windows and a welcoming layout that encourages togetherness. The main level features an elegant living room with a beautiful stone fireplace, an upgraded kitchen, and plenty of seating for the whole group. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for meal prep, centered around a striking marble island perfect for your group's resident chef. Meals are shared in the adjacent dining room, which seats 10 comfortably for laughter-filled dinners and lakeside conversations.

Off the kitchen, the cozy family room offers additional seating, a fireplace, a TV, and access to the expansive deck overlooking the lake. The main level also hosts a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, spa-like ensuite bath, and a bonus nursery room with a crib and changing table. A second queen bedroom on this level shares the hall bathroom.
Downstairs, the lower level is designed for fun and connection. Enjoy evening cocktails at the bar, catch a game on the TV, or challenge someone to a round of pool in the game lounge. This level includes two more bedrooms—one king, one queen—with a shared full bath, plus a built-in bunk nook that's perfect for kids.

But the fun doesn't stop there. The garage has been transformed into an additional game room, complete with foosball, air hockey, a retro arcade machine, and multiple TVs for the ultimate hangout spot.

Outside, Turtle Cove offers a range of ways to enjoy the lake. Paddle out in one of the kayaks or stand-up paddleboards, lounge on the deck with a drink in hand, or dock your rental boat and explore the lake at your own pace. At sunset, gather around the Solo Stove fire pit for stories, s'mores, and starry skies. And don't forget to end your day with a soak in the hot tub as the sun dips below the horizon.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
