Found out the morning of our arrival that he property was double booked!
We never got to stay here because when I messaged the owner for the access code to get it, she told me that I did not have the house, blamed the app, and that there was nothing she could do! I booked it in November 2022 for my daughter's college graduation on May 6th, 2023, we had it for the weekend. My money was taken in full in and I received an email confirming my stay immediately soon after booking. What should have been a calm beginning to a milestone celebration turned into an absolute frenzy to find a place to stay for me, my family of 5, and our dog! Beware when booking because I would hate for this to happen to you.

I’m sorry Maria it was a double booking, but you never send us a message or anything about you coming. So your reservation got dismissed. The app usually block the dates but this time didn’t. I’m pretty sure you got a refund instantly.

It's was okay
The house itself was nice, the downfalls were there was a grill, which was inoperable and we had to go buy as it was Memorial Day weekend and we had purchase things to be grilled. There is a propane fire pit and two heater things in the screened in porch and one propane tank that was empty so we have to go and have that fill ed so we could use the fire place and the new grill we purchased. There was no form of Tupperware in the kitchen for salads so again we had to go out and purchase items needed to use the kitchen. There was no toaster so let's just say breakfast was fun when you wanted to have a bagel or toast. There are 2.5 baths and one roll of toilet paper in each to last four days and five nights between six people. I understand this is a rental but if you are renting this for a period of time it should be stocked with everything you need to be able to live there. The cupboards in the kitchen were a mess, under the kitchen sink or rotting. The ping pong table was a great option for the teens we had with us however the net was scotch tapped to the pole and didn't stay attached we took bread ties off our rolls and bread to fix the net. It may seem like little things however huge inconveniences. I messaged the property manager about the address as Zion does not come up when putting it into the GPS and I messaged them again regarding the propane and never received a response.
