Private back yard and outdoor pavilion (cable TV and heat options), hot tub, parking (for your boat trailer if need be), living room with open floor plan to dining room and kitchen. Vaulted ceiling with open balcony connecting two upstairs bedrooms. Large cooled/heated family room for watching sports, relaxing or playing games with family and friends while keeping an eye on the wildlife that creep into the back yard for late night snacking. Lots of floor space in the upstairs bedrooms (and family room) if you need room for air mattresses or pack and plays. Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking from home needs or pack the car and go to State College for almost every dining option imaginable! Groceries (Walmart Supercenters) in either direction (State College or Mill Hall, approximately 13-15 miles away). Verizon cell service only/WiFi/Dish TV. Three large screen TVs (living, family and master BR) with an option for outdoor cable TV in pavilion if requested in advance of stay. We love the water, woods and reasons to smile!
