Cozy A-frame next to beach

Our family beach house is conveniently located on a quiet beachfront cul-de-sac. A short walk to Pelican Brewing, and steps to the beach with sand dunes, surfing, and tide pools. Close walking distance to several other food options, the coffee and surf shop, skatepark, and bike paths. Front and back patio provide plenty of room to relax and off-street parking for two cars plus garage w bikes. Enjoy!

*We are listed as 2 bedroom. The first bedroom is in the main house, along with an open loft area, perfect for kids and teens. The second bedroom is SEPERATE FROM THE MAIN HOUSE in the garage. Ideal for a second couple or older kids.

Couldn’t have been better!

This house was perfect for our stay. Super clean and cozy, comfortable beds, and location was perfect. Just steps from the beach and loved the bikes and fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!

Was better in person than on the listing

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing even for a family of five and a dog. They had lots of extras that come in handy like blankets, pillows, cookware, coffee supplies, games, movies, dune board, etc. Very fun to be able to walk across the street to the beach. Easy and access and a popular walking route. Only thing I would say could be better is the heating. It worked okay, but a little finicky.

Absolutely perfect

Such a cozy and comfortable home located so close to the beach. Perfect place for a chilly surf trip or just a quiet getaway. The host was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my inquiries I had prior to arriving. I would definitely stay here again!

Really fun stay at this beautiful beach

We had a great stay here! The location was amazing; right across the street from the ocean. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It is a cute little beach house, and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We had a lot of fun on the beach and climbing up Cape Kiwanda, checking out the tidepools and watching the whales. Next time we will bring wetsuits and boogie boards - renting was hit or miss depending on the day/swells. Thank you for a great time!

Midwest to Ocean

We did a fishing trip and did hiking around the area and boogie boarding. Rented from Moment surf shop. We used bikes and they were really old. Skate board is reasonable and beach chairs work great.

Perfect location!

The location of the house is perfect and the house manager is very responsive. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, but the entertainment centers need a good clean along with the central ceiling fan. The TV’s did not work..no signal. The listing shows blinds in the west facing windows and in the bedroom but the windows have no covering. It has the potential to be 5 star!!

Prime location

We had a wonderful time in Pacific City! The house is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was nice to sit outside in the backyard and the outdoor shower was a plus. The main bedroom bed is comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The house is in need of new windows as the current ones are very hard to open and do not have screens and the house gets stuffy if they are closed. In general, the house is in need of a good renovation. Despite these things we were still glad to have a place to escape to! Thank you!

Pacific city A frame

House was great location. A nice walk to downtown area and the rv park our friends were camping at. Cozy little house for 4. The master bed was very comfortable and the loft area was great for two teenage girls. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would have liked basic cable for the tv’s but all they had was dvd but it turned out fine. Was nice we could bring our dog. The garage door was basically broken and really hard to get into so luckily didn’t need the little bed in there. Needs repair soon. Good communication with the owner. Overall a good stay in pacific city.

We stayed from August 11th-12th. It was the perfect location for our family of five. We have older children so the one bedroom located out inside the garage worked out well for our family. The waves are a lot of fun even though the water is typically quite cold, our boys always enjoyed their time at the beach. I wish that the boogie boards had been in better shape, we would’ve brought our own from home had I known they were not very usable. The skim boards are good and it was nice to have use of the bikes. Thank you for letting us use your place. You have a slice of heaven right there in Pacific city. I did not want to leave.

Family trip

We had a great time at Pacific city! The location of this home is great especially for kids!The state of the home was not what we were expecting unfortunately. It seemed like nobody has been there for a long time to take care of the house. Lots of spider webs and dust. The stove has a huge crack so we didn't use it and the toilet flooded so we had to clean up. The manager did what she could! Bottom line great ocean city and awesome location but we will not return to this house for the price we paid.

Magical Family Vacation

My family of 5 (3 kids aged 6, 10, & 12) spent the week at Pacific City. We had such an amazing trip and our accommodations here made it so special. Frist off, the house was stocked with EVERYTHING we could need or want. I wasn't sure what to expect and definitely overpacked. The kitchen might be on the smaller side, but we had no issues making all our meals here. I was so pleased to find a pantry full of everything we needed and MORE. The beds were so comfortable, I took a nap up in the loft with my daughter and almost wished that was our room for the stay! My only suggestion there would be to add a curtain to the window. It was bright. The garage was stocked with BBQ, beach toys, kites, wagon, chairs and bikes. Our oldest (boy) stayed in the room off the garage. He liked having his privacy away from his sisters. I was so happy to have the outdoor shower to spray us down after playing in the sand, along with the washer and dryer to clean up after our clamming and crabbing adventure (we got wet and dirty). Beach access was so close and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Pacific City in general was so peaceful. A perfect location to enjoy the coast, with access to all the things that make the area worth visiting. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better vacation with my family. The kids were asking how soon we can come back before we even left. See you next summer!

Cute house, great location

Very cute house with a great location. It is just steps from the beach and a very easy walk to the brew pub and other shops. We didn’t use the “bedroom” located in the garage, but the beds in the house were quite comfortable. We were there for my nephew’s beach wedding, so weren’t at the house very much, but the time that we were, we enjoyed!

Spendy End of Springbreak get away

Very old quaint home. The Step up to the house is awkward and steep. Not easy for the adults to get up but most were kids so they enjoyed the challenge. My hips are still recovering. The location is wonderful The home quaint and Tiny. The main problem was the lack of beds. It stated it was a 2 bedroom. It is a one bedroom one bath home. The only other bedroom is in the unlocked Non secure, non insulated, unheated garage(freezing and unsafe). The upper loft showed 3 beds but only had 2. So three kids slept on the floor. The glass top stove top is shattered and seems unsafe for cooking so we were forced to eat out. It worked for us but for the price point we could have had every kid in a bed and saved hundreds on food by preparing it ourselves. So.. had the ad been correct and everything worked it would have been a very nice stay.
