Completely renovated in 2022, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, gulf front condo offers 4,000 sq feet of living space with an additional 1,000 sq feet of private balconies. This luxurious condo spans the entire floor with an elevator that opens up directly to your unit.

A 30' great room is home to an expansive kitchen, wet bar, dining area and beautifully furnished living area with 180 degrees of floor to ceiling windows and a wrap-around balcony right on the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable living area offers views from every angle and a large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining, with state-of-the-art appliances and ample dining seating. Enjoy lounging, reading or dining on the balcony in comfortable lounge chairs, club chairs, a full couch or at the 6 person dining set.

This magnificent condo sleeps 12 in two king bedrooms and two double queen bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts a private full bathroom and a private balcony, all with water views. Cable TV in each bedroom and free wifi throughout. Master bedroom features a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Disconnect at the beach, just steps from the condo lobby and the heated indoor/outdoor pool. Don't worry about lugging your chairs or umbrellas down the elevator, Ike's beach sets available for rent right in front of the property.

Oceania is truly one of a kind! Amenities include a indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, direct boardwalk beach access, grilling area, fitness center, and more. Enjoy the view right from your balcony or take a walk down to the white sandy beach, perfect for tanning in the sun, searching for seashells, throwing a frisbee, and more. Oceania 7 was perfect for our group of 12, ages 60s and 70’s. There were 10 chairs at the table, to eat and/or play games! There were plenty of beds, and seating in the living room. It was very quiet, and a great place to stay!

Amazing Stay

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is huge! We took our teenage/young adult kids and they each brought a friend. The open floor plan in the kitchen and living room area was so spacious for us all to hang out, and the bedrooms were spacious as well. Easy access to the beach and a short drive to area attractions. I really don't know if we could ever stay anywhere else!

We absolutely loved this beautiful, spacious condo, right on the beach! We had everything we needed for our stay, and loved the great indoor seating areas, kitchen, and huge deck with comfortable furniture. We were disappointed that the outdoor pool and sunning area were not available due to the building being painted while we were there, but we the close proximity to the beach was a plus! We would love to come again…this property is stunning!!

Clean, beautifully decorated family size condo. 1 bedroom close to living/kitchen with panoramic view of the beach. Nice layout with 3 other bedrooms on opposite end. Some of the family can be entertaining with young ones sleeping quietly in their rooms. Great location and beautiful sights walking right out onto the beach. Convenience store right across street with wide variety of items. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Also note, Keurig and regular coffee pot :) Office staff were friendly and easy check-in. Will stay again!

Property was absolutely wonderful. Our family of 8 enjoyed our week at the Oceani 7. Lots of space with large bedrooms. One major problem was the construction going on next door which was especially loud and aggravating. Also felt the cost of this condo was excessive for off season which inc VRBO and rental management co.

lovely condo

I wish I had known the building was being painted while we were there. We stayed in this building the last time it was painted and our new car was sprayed . Same thing this time and we were parked across the street. They did have our car detailed before we left. For the price we paid for the month, I don't think we should have been inconvenienced with people painting.

Last year when we stayed there was very clean. This year not so much, sand all over the floors on arrival, towels were raggedy. The check in process could be made so much easier, maybe a text when condo is ready and not having to fight one hour of traffic after checking in. Otherwise, perfect location, great short distance walk to being on the beach. My grandson was not able to get in the hot tunb this year; too clogged up with long hair.

Beautiful Property

The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 6. It’s a unique property, which encompasses the entire 7th floor of the building. Bedrooms are huge and everyone had a full bathroom. The views from every room are incredible. Nothing beats the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores. Property management was very responsive and helpful. Sheets, towels, and all the rooms were super clean. We travel a lot and this has been our favorite property to date. We read reviews about construction going on at random times and there was some construction going on in the building (not on Thanksgiving Day), but it wasn’t too bad and we were somewhat prepared for it. Overall this property is superb and we will be back!

Condo was beautiful, exactly like pictures. Only problem is with parking. Condo sleeps 12 and only has 2 parking spots. We were told parking was available across the street for $10 a day. We tried to park across the street and was told that it is now $44 a day. I called Prickett Properties about this and they stated they couldn’t help me. I w as very disappointed in their service. This is the second time I have given Prickett Property a chance and once again I was disappointed in their customer service
