Dreaming of warm waters and salty toes? Welcome to this beautiful 2/2 dog-friendly condo with private beach access! Ocean village club is a gated community that offers many amenities including a clubhouse with a fitness center, two swimming pools (1 heated), two tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills, and a private beach walkway. With only a 10 minute drive into the heart of St. Augustine the nearby attractions are endless.

This condo is a third floor unit (no elevator) with a king suite with king bed. Guest room is furnished with a queen bed. Living room has a pull out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer,Wi-fi, TVs in every bedroom with cable, balcony with partial ocean view, free parking inside the community, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essentials included.

Guest will be able to park inside the gated community, only a few minute walk to private beach walkway. Safe, friendly private community with dog waste bags available for your four-legged friends.

Please respect your neighbors. Please no smoking or parties inside the unit. Love your Home away from Home. We will be available via chat to assist as needed.

Lovely condo and great location!

Everything about our stay was perfect. A short drive to downtown Augustine, clean, well appointed and they even had a bottle of wine and chocolates for us upon arrival. Highly recommend!!

Quite beach vacation

We enjoyed a four night 3 day long weekend for the Memorial Day holiday at the Ocean Village Club condos. We really like this complex. The grounds are nicely kept The condo was very nice, clean, and pet friendly.. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great nice and clean and walking distance to the beach and I just sat on the balcony and watched about 7 different firework displays on July 4th she even had dog treats for my sons dog very special touch 😊

Peaceful unit

Overall stay was good. Close to pool however the beach is a 10 minute walk. There a 3 flights of steps being in the 3rd floor. Unit had a well appointed kitchen for cooking.

Great January Getaway !

We had a great month - unit was clean, beds were very comfortable, as was living room furniture, kitchen was very well equipped, loved the sunny mornings on the balcony ! Check in was simple & Erika was very quick to respond to all messages which were mostly about recommendations for the area. The complex was very clean & well maintained, people were friendly - We would stay here again.

Great week! Condo was beautiful. We had plenty of room. I chose this condo for the recliners. Husband needed to sleep in one. Owner responsive and loved extra touches/supplies! Heated pool was warm. I wish table sat 6. I would stay again!

Not what it’s all cracked up to be

Yes, the condo was clean, but somebody needs to do a deep dive inventory on the place! From the pots and pans in the kitchens that need to be upgraded to the not enough towels that also need to be upgraded to the living room chairs, and the equipment that they have for you to use to go to the beach. The wagon that we were supposed to use to go to the beach, that is all the way across the compound, is busted and broken, and that was very disappointing along with a lot of other stuff. ☹️

Dear Meredith, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you highlighting the cleanliness of the condo. We were happy to accommodated your early check-in request, allowing you to start your stay three hours earlier. Regarding your concerns, we would like to address a few points. We strive to provide extra amenities, such as the beach essentials, for our guests' convenience. However, we are not always able to check every extra item after each stay. The broken cart was not reported until another guest told us and we have since replaced it to ensure future guests have a better experience. The living room couch was actually newly purchased this year, and we hope it meets the comfort standards we aim to provide. Additionally, there was a stack of clean, folded towels in the second bedroom that were left unused as well as extra towels in the bathroom closet. We value your input on the kitchen inventory and will certainly look into upgrading the pots and pans. Additionally, any issues that were reported during your stay as the AC filter not being up to your standards were addressed and resolved immediately to ensure your comfort. As for the "other stuff" mentioned, we were not aware of any additional issues during your stay. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address and fix them promptly if they had been brought to our attention. We strive to continually improve our amenities and your feedback is invaluable in helping us do so. Thank you again for your review.

Everything you need but the pool ;-)

Erika is super friendly and easy to rent from. We rented her property based on the listing which promised a heated pool. There was not a heated pool. Access was easy, and the condo had everything we needed to cook with. We appreciated Erika’s accepting our dogs and the kitchen staples like salt and pepper and olive oil being available. The location is great and when the amenities are fixed it will be a great place to vacation.

Wonderful

We have stayed multiple times and years at this condominium complex. This unit is by far the best. The unit was very clean, warm, and welcoming. This unit has everything you need. The owner is very easy to get in touch with. The 3rd floor was so nice afternoon breeze and the sky view. We will definitely come back!
