Das Appartement hat eine Loggia mit traumhaftem Fernblick über den Bayerischen Wald. Der anschließende Ferienpark bietet zahlreiche Freizeiteinrichtungen: 2 Hallenbäder, Minigolfanlage, Kinderspielplatz, Gesundheitszentrum mit Massagepraxis, Sauna,… Direkt bei der Ferienanlage kann man in das ausgedehnte Wanderwegenetz des Luftkurortes Freyung einsteigen und die wunderschöne Natur der einmaligen Mittelgebirgslandschaft genießen. Ein Highlight ist der auch im Winter geöffnete längste Baumwipfelpfad der Welt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, sowie ein Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Schrankbetten. Eine Sitz- und Essecke und ein Fernseher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
