Sie besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, eins davon mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ihr Bett ist bei der Anreise bezogen. Die offen gestaltete Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Tisch- und Küchenwäsche sowie Spülmaschine ausgestattet. In der Küche befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV lädt zum Entspannen ein. Im Bad mit Badewanne/WC befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Hand-, Bade- und Küchentücherverleih und Endreinigung sind im Preis inbegriffen. Kostenlose Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und Motorräder. Durch die zentrale Ausgangslage der Ferienwohnung, zwischen Regensburg - Passau - Straubing - Furth im Wald erreichen Sie in kurzer Zeit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten des Bayerischen Waldes.
