Located on 1.5 acre gated property with privacy fence, in a rural part of town, surrounded by large trees, near a dead-end street.... Yet only a short drive/minutes away from main shopping area, golf courses, and Sarah Vande Berg Tennis & Wellness Centre!

Hear the sounds of birds chirping, and chickens clucking...
Listen to crickets at night while you star gaze by the firepit in the massive backyard!

Beautiful large pool is open year round for your enjoyment. Water temperature of the pool fluctauates based on the outside temperature and weather.

Spacious Hot Tub is also available for your enjoyment. Heating Fees are $50/day.
Hot Tub Hours are: 6pm -11pm. Additional Hours are $10/hour. Please request the Hot Tub in advance.

We allow medical marijuana use as allowed by Florida state laws, in designated outside areas on this property.

All outdoor spaces are shared, except the front porch leading into your private 2nd floor unit.

Plenty of parking space for multiple cars, trailers and RV's.

Electric Vehicle charging available using regular outlet (15 amps). Converstion cord for regular outlet must be provided by guest. Fee: $20/day per use.

RV Hook-Up available (Electric, 30 amps + Water). Fee: $20/day.
Waste Dumping available onsite. Fee: $50.

I liked that the space was off the beaten path but still around the corner from a Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree. Great outside space to play and relax.There is an additional fee for the hot tub because it is costly to heat up so we did not utilize that amentity but spent a good amount of time in the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Massive large green space in the backyard; Hot tub covered by a cool cave; Large covered bar area with 2 guest fridges can be used at your convenience. Lounge chairs and a double hammock surround the beautiful large pool with water features that can be turned on upon request. Gated entrance, ample parking for many cars/trailers/RV's, and privacy fence offer a unique get away in a rural part of town, yet minutes to shopping amenities and Golf Courses. Please note, extra charges may apply to heat the hot tub and pool, depending on weather. Please enquire for more information. First bundle of firewood complimentary. Complementary fresh chicken eggs provided from our chicken coup!
