Apple Island boat landing is within walking distance. Plenty of space for your boat trailer. A boat dock is available for docking only. Enough parking for 2 boat trailers.

This is our second time staying on the property. That should tell you something right there…that we returned. I think the price point for what you get is amazing. And what you get is a very clean, remodeled mobile home with comfortable bedding and a comfortable living room and a decently stocked kitchen. You also get the view of the lake, which is great to sit out on the porch for a morning cup of coffee.

We really enjoyed our weekend. We were staying for Rock The Country and it was a short drive to Anderson. It was clean, quiet and communication with Robin was great. Very quick to reply to our questions. We will definitely stay again and enjoy the lake more next time.

Fishing Trip

Fished a FOM Tournament on Lake Hartwell. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. If I need a place to stay for another tournament on Lake Hartwell or just a vacation, I hope that it is available.

Gorgeous piece of property

You’d never know you’re in a “mobile home.” This place was pristine. The property sits on a beautiful lot on Lake Hartwell. We were there right at the transition from summer to fall and the view was beautiful from the back deck. Well stocked and so clean!

We were so impressed by the cleanliness and how stocked this house was. It’s very kid friendly! Puzzles, toys, and even outlet covers. It’s in a great location, with wonderful neighbors. Huge yard that is very well maintained. We have already talked about staying here next time we visit the lake.

For grandson’s wedding

We had some confusion about getting in. It was totally our fault…very busy and distracted beforehand. The neighbor helped us by calling and making contact about the lockbox code. We were unsuccessful in contacting the property manager. Otherwise EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL! Exceptionally clean, even pristine. We had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It is a wonderful place in a wonderful setting! Thank you so much for making this available! We would give this a 10 out of 5 ⭐️ rating!!
