The home had alot to offer being on the lakefront. We were only staying for a few days to visit our student, but this would be a great way to spend a few days enjoying Lake Hartwell. Beautiful deck and lots of room and seating to enjoy it. Also it was a short drive to downtown Anderson where you can find some nice restaurants.

The house was very nice and very clean! It had everything you would need for a week of family fun and comfort! Great view of the lake and a short walk down to the private dock and fun toys like tubes and kayaks! Everyone around was nice and friendly! The host was prompt to return messages and friendly! Would definitely go back next year!

This was a great house to stay in while we were visiting our daughter at Clemson. It was a peaceful, beautiful setting to come back to rather than staying at a hotel. In addition, the bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable.

Great stay at a great property!

My wife and I loved our stay. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great view. Close driving distance to Green Pond Landing and Anderson. Will stay again if in the area and available.

Everything was as anticipated and beautiful views of lake!!! Lots of deer too!! Home was very clean and very easy to access even with our very late evening arrival. We had an issue we encountered during our stay and the host was very responsive to get it resolved. Only suggestion I would give the host would be a nice touch is to have some instant coffee or Kurig cups available for use for us coffee addicts! Overall beautiful, clean and well appointed home. Would definitely stay again!!!

Enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a very fun time this week. This was the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood. It is close to everything you need but yet far enough that it is quiet and relaxing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nice lake house

Nice home with a great view of the lake. The dock is large, plenty of room for the boat to tie up to. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a very convenient location. A boat ramp is very close, within a couple minutes. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
