This unit is beautifully decorated, has very comfortable furniture, is perfectly appointed, very well maintained and in a prime location in Boynton Beach! The owner, Mike was also very responsive and a pleasure to work with. There is also a very nice dog park right next to the condo. My only challenge was that because we had a longer length stay (almost 7 weeks), every adult over 18 that was staying in the unit for more than 10 days (which meant my husband, 19 yr old son and myself) had to be approved by the HOA at an additional cost. It’s not a problem, per se, but just something renters should be aware of in advance.
