We had an excellent stay here! Nice place with beautiful views. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the bay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The parking area was kind of tight for a truck but everything else was wonderful!

We would definitely stay here again! The place was clean, had a beautiful view, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with! The only thing I would say is if you are driving a pickup truck the parking spaces can be tight fitting but definitely a minimal thing and didn't impact our trip! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Another amazing stay!

At this point, Patty’s Place is our go-to spot in OCMD! It’s great proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city, but then you get to stay in the beauty and calm of the bay. My family always leaves feeling so much more relaxed and satisfied after staying at Patty’s!

Vrbo Rookie/ OC Veteran

Found this great place on Vrbo while looking for a mini-week. Making the reservation was easy, and once familiar with the Vrbo app, communication with the host was timely and helpful. Beautiful bayfront location,as pictured, which we loved. We planned to drive up to Coastal Hwy for beach access based on another review re: parking near the Acme. Condo very clean and well appointed. We’d book again.
