Old mill of the nineteenth century on the banks of the river. Rural and quiet setting.
Ideal for fishing, swimming, family or friends. Sunshine all day.
Between Angers and Rennes. 3h00 from Paris. 1h00 from Nantes. Less than 3 minutes from all amenities.
In the house: 2 independent master suites, 1 double bedroom, 2 children's bedrooms and a bedroom that can be converted into a single or double depending on your needs. Living room, dining room with 16-seater table, kitchen, terrace.
