The location is incredible - you will be in a quiet, serene neighborhood, perfect for families. It's also ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking!

Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, and then dine at the adjacent round table or gather for more formal meals in the elegant dining area. Sharing the same open space is the inviting living area with its large sectional sofa, wall-mounted, 83-inch smart TV (one of four in this home), and Xbox for children. Step outside and take in the view from the covered and furnished back patio, take a walk out over the water on the 300-foot dock, and then gather around the amazing, six-foot firepit in the all-paver backyard to enjoy each other's company as the stars come out.

Additional amenities at this incredible home include a coffee station with a beverage chiller off the kitchen, a bumper pool table, and a home office with a desk, chair, minifridge, and coffee maker off the primary bedroom.

The boat ramp is perfect for a johnboat or jet ski. It is shallow. Please use it at your own risk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
