This beautiful, 4 bed/2 bath home located in the heart of Navarre is the perfect get away. With a new full size pool. Pool is also pet friendly. Work, play, and relax, all near one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from the grocery stores, restaurants, and Navarre Beach. Less than 5 min to Navarre beach parking lot with beach and pier, only 7 min to Navarre sea turtle rescue and just a short 15 min drive to Gulf Breeze Zoo attraction.

You will love our home’s huge, private, fenced in backyard, which offers plenty of areas to relax and enjoy those beautiful Florida nights! Chill out on Adirondack chairs under the backyard pergola. Hang out in the Florida room on our new, lounge furniture or the large farmhouse table after firing up the gas grill and cooking up your local catch.

Central air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in every room, will keep everyone comfortable and cool.

The newly decorated interior features a coveted open concept layout with expansive living, kitchen, and dining spaces. The fully stocked kitchen has a full suite of appliances, and the large dining room table, which seats 6, makes it the perfect spot for everyone to gather around. Plus, bar seating in living room seats 2.

Living room with two, large, comfortable couches features a large screen Smart TV for everyone to watch the latest on Netflix!

Sleeps 10 comfortably. All bedrooms feature NEW memory foam mattresses with cozy bedding. Additionally, the Master Bedroom, which is located separate from all the other bedrooms, features a King size memory foam mattress, Smart TV, comfortable workstation with High-Speed internet, walk-in closet, plus a fully stocked, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub and his and her vanity.

We have an additional Smart TV in Bedroom 2, which has a new Queen size memory foam mattress. Bedroom 3 offers Bunk Beds with new, Full size memory foam mattresses and Bedroom 4 has a new, King size memory foam mattress.
Hall bath is conveniently located in between Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 and comes fully stocked.

Essential amenities like, beach chairs, beach toys, washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All checkout instructions must be followed or subject to additional $50 cleaning fee. Late check-out will incur a $50 fee.
Damages will be charged to the guest. This includes but is not limited to breaking of rules and damaged/missing items
Please remove all food from refrigerator dishes in dishwasher& garbage in large container outside. Leave beds unmade towels in basket in garage

One of the nicest houses we have rented in the Florida area. Close to many of the places we usually visit during our stay. Loved the pool and the dogs loved the backyard. Was easy to navigate to close by shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Functional house within 10 mins of the beach. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for several adults to move around. Had issues with the plumbing during a rainstorm..this may just the way it is in this area not really sure.
