New building 2018 with underfloor heating and large south-east-facing balcony. The modern and very comfortably furnished 4-room apartment has three separate bedrooms. one of them has an attached spacious ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The two other bedrooms share an additional shower room. From the living room with kitchenette and dining area it opens onto the large balcony. The apartment also has a hallway with cloakroom and a small storage room next to the kitchen. The apartment has a parking space on the property. Depending on the size of the vehicles and two can be parked one behind the other. Villa Teutonia is located about 300m from the beach promenade. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk.

From summer 2018 we welcome you in our new house, the "Villa Teutonia". The house is near the beach and close to the center in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. In addition to 4 chic apartments with balcony or terrace and partially. Underfloor heating, there is a special family apartment with terrace and play equipment on the ground floor. All apartments are modern and very comfortably furnished. The car parking spaces are located on the property. An elevator is available. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine schöne moderne Wohnung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Leider gibt es Wlan nur kostenpflichtig, was uns nicht gefiel.

Objekt war bei Ankunft zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht gereinigt. Wurde dann so hoppla hopp erledigt, Sauberkeit ließ aber zu wünschen übrig. Die beauftragte Reinigungsfirma ist einfach nicht erschienen, vom Vermieter ist keine Kontrolle erfolgt.

Schade... Service sehr schlecht...

Wir haben uns sehr auf den Urlaub in Ahlbeck gefreut und dachten, dass bei diesem hohen Preis der FeWo nichts schief gehen kann.... Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr schön und hochwertig eingrichtet. Die Küchenausstattung läßt jedoch sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Es gab noch nicht mal eine Teekanne. Außerdem wären eine kleine Gurndausstattung mit Putzmitteln&Lappen zum Zwischenreinigen der Bäder ganz gut und wichtig. Das 3. Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist recht eng und sehr warm (wahrscheinlich, weil der Heizungsraum darunter liegt); längeres Lüften ist schwierig wegen der Nähe zum Zaun/Straße und den Mülltonnen, die leider unter dem Fenster stehen. 2. Parkplatz ist Fehlanzeige. Es gibt keine Autos, die so klein sind, dass 2 hintereinander geparkt werden könnten. Der Vermieter selbst und auch dessen Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr unkooperativ als wir nach einem 2. Parkplatz gefragt haben. Uns wurde mit Anwalt und Schadensersatz gedroht, wenn wir nicht sofort weg fahren.... und was wir uns vorstellen würden.... in der Hochsaison gibt es keine Parkplätze in Ahlbeck. Wir sollten die Mitarbeiter doch nicht mehr belästigen.... Wir wären die ersten Mieter, die in der 6-Personen-FeWo nach einem 2. Parkplatz gefragt hätten... unglaublich. Scheinbar kommen alle mit Kleinbus... Den Mietern aus der Wohnung über uns wurden aufgrund der Nähe zu Polen die teuren E-Bikes aus dem Carport geklaut. Einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum gibt es leider nicht. Der Uraub war trotz allem sehr schön. Wir sind nun aber froh wieder zu Hause sein, da die Giftwelle aus der Oder leider nun auch das Oderhaff und die Ostsee vor Usedom erreicht und man schon vorher aufgrund der vielen in Swinemünde einfahrenden Frachtschiffe kein so gutes Gefühl beim Baden hatte.

Neue und moderne Ferienwohnung, hat alles was man so braucht

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man so braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr war genügend da,). Es lagen sogar Geschirrtücher, Geschirrspültabs, Klopapier, Filtertüten etc. da - obwohl wir hier auch vorgesort hatten. Ich würde die Wohnung als barrierefrei bezeichnen, keine Stufen oder Treppen (Fahrstuhl im Haus), und die Dusche ist auch ebenerdig. Für einen Mitreisenden mit Krücken aufgrund einer OP war das klasse. Ein Bad hat auch eine Badewanne. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist neu und modern. Wenn man die Heizung sehr warm stellt, riechts auch noch ein bisschen nach Farbe. In den Schlafzimmern gab es es extra Kissen in den Schränken, und die Bettwäsche war sauber. Wäsche waschen kann man über eine Waschmaschine im UG (ich meine 3€ pro Wäsche), Wäscheständer gibt es in der Wohnung. In 7 Minuten ist man an der Seebrücke, also super gelegen. Das einzige Manko waren die Kosten für Wlan - 1,50€ pro Tag pro Gerät ist dann bei 6 Personen doch ganz schön viel. Haben wir deshalb auch nicht genutzt, sondern sind an die Seebrücke, da gibts kostenloses Wlan.
