Dream house with private pool in Cala Ratjada

Nice good house with 320 sqm, distributed in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, fully modern equipped kitchen and outside a barbecue and a large private swimming pool.
The pool has water heating from the sun, which is very good for the off-season and underfloor heating for the winter.
2 of the bathrooms are directly integrated in the room as a suite and 1 of the rooms has a sea view and another view of the hills. You walk 2 minutes to the sea and 3 minutes to Sa Pedruscada beach.
Quiet area with parking for 2 cars.
TV and SAT, as well as WiFi is available.

Gutes Objekt was aber im Aussenbereich und Pool in die Jahre gekommen ist und Pflege benötigt. Leider keine Klimanlage, Der Rest war völlig ok.

Schönes Haus mit Einschränkungen

Ein schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, 5 Minuten bis zum Meer. Leider stimmen einige Angaben in der Beschreibung nicht: wir waren im Dezember da, aber es gab die beschriebene Heizung nicht, der Vermieter hatte 2 Elektroradiatoren ins Haus gestellt, diese aber nicht vorher eingeschaltet, sodass das Haus völlig ausgekühlt war. Er hat noch 3 Radiatoren nachgeliefert, nach 2 Tagen hatten wir dann eine angenehme Grundwärme im Haus. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, was für unsere Konstellation von 5 Erwachsenen ungünstig war. In der Beschreibung steht etwas von Meerblick, aber das Meer ist nur zu erahnen, obwohl nicht weit entfernt. Für deutsche Mieter: im Fernseher sind keine deutschen Sender zu empfangen. Der Vermieter ist nicht vor Ort, wohnt wohl in Palma, hat sich aber bemüht alle Mängel schnell zu beheben. Positiv: das Haus war sehr sauber!

Alles bestens! Bis nach Cala Ratjada sind es zwar ca. 1,5km aber das ist ja im Vorfeld bekannt gewesen.
