Slightly elevated, surrounded by about 7000 m2 natural terrain, the country house is quiet and peaceful at the end of a stitch path, about 2km from the beach of Cala Mesquida. At the house is a large, partially covered terrace with barbecue and great views of the green hills available, a few steps lead down to the comfortable pool (5x10m) with sun loungers. The pool has a solar heating. Upper level: spacious terrace with built-in barbecue and dining area, followed by the living / dining area with fireplace and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms en suite with access to the terrace. Lower level: 2 bedrooms en suite with access to a small. Patio. Finca Herbes * * = comfort, lots of atmosphere and rustic charm! Enjoy the tranquility, harmony with nature and make you feel like Adam and Eve in paradise;-)
Beaches with white sand and crystal clear waters, rocky coves, caves of fascinating beauty, dense pine forests and gentle hiking trails. 5 beaches are there in number, which line the popular resort: Son Moll, Cala Gat, Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Sa Font de Sa Cala. The coastline measures 42 km away, and most of its bays and beaches have been awarded by the EEC with the Blue Flag. Here "breathe" the nature and enjoy a unique original enclave. Wonderful oasis

This spacious 4 bedroom house has exquisite landscaping and lovely pool. Lots of privacy. Very well equipped. Does not have air conditioning. A vigorous nature walk to the beach makes for on-foot access to the ocean. Owner, Uwe, is attentive and pleasant.

Die Finca war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Möbel und die Architektur hatten einen wunderschönen mallorquinischen Charme. Das kompl. Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar, am Ende eines langen Schotterweges. Das Grundstück ist schön bepflanzt. Alle Betten haben ein Moskitonetz. In den 2 oberen Zimmern steht ein Doppelbett, im Souterrain stehen Einzelbetten, die auch auseinander geschoben werden können. Die Bäder sind rustikal. Die Finca ist so liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben's geliebt. Uwe, der Verwalter ist super freundlich. Er hat uns mit Wasser, Sekt und frischen Zitronen Willkommen geheißen. Was uns gut gefallen hat, dass ausreichend Geschirrtabs, Filtertüten, Gewürze und sogar mehrere Sorten Öl von uns benutzt werden durfte. Fast hätte ich es vergessen... Eiswürfel ... wo bitte liegen Eiswürfel für die Mieter bereit? Es gab soviel verschiedenenes Geschirr, Schüsseln und Schalen in allen Größen. Sogar ein Milchaufschäumer ist da. Nur ein Schneebesen hat uns gefehlt. Das Andicken unserer Nudelsoße war dadurch etwas schwierig. Schluss mit dem Gejammer... Die Finca war der Hammer. Die Eigentümer nutzen diese mehrfach selbst, deshalb ist alles so perfekt. Sogar ein Korb mit Decken stand am Kamin, falls es am Abend draußen kühler wird. Der Weg zum Strand war für meine 74jährige Mutter sehr schwierig zu bewältigen, aber wunderschön. Der Strand Cala Mesquida ist der Traumstrand schlechthin. Das Wasser wie in der Karibik, so hellblau, der Sand ganz hell. Die Nähe zu Cala Rajada ist tol

Alles super, die Fotos der Unterkunft selbst sprechen für sich. Es ist alles genauso toll wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Weg zum Strand - zwar noch ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt aber trotzdem sehr angenehm. Alles in allem der perfekte Ort um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Nur mit Zikadengeräuschen sollten man kein Problem haben ;)

Ein Traumdomizil… es war phantastisch und ein Ort, an dem Entspannung ab der ersten Minute möglich war. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca, das gesamte Grundstück samt Pool wunderschön. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und freundliche und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Besitzern sowie bei der Schlüsselübergabe mit Herrn F.. Es war für uns alles perfekt… ein Paradies!

Eine authentische Finca mit besonderem Flair und traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für eine Woche in dieser tollen Finca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und der Außenbereich mit Pool und Garten aus jeder Perspektive ein Blickfang. Bei der Hitze war besonders der große Pool und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten eine Wohltat. Die Bucht ist nah gelegen und Wanderungen kann man von der Finca direkt durch den Wald starten. Der Weg zur Finca sollte allerdings nur mit einem SUV in Schritttempo befahren werden, dafür hat man hier sehr viel Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Uwe (dem Verwalter) war durchweg klasse - es wurde auf Fragen sofort per WhatsApp geantwortet. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen und können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Traumhafte Villa

Eine wunderschöne Auszeit in sehr ruhiger Lage nicht weit ab vom Schuss! Tolle Wanderungen vom Haus aus zu Fuß, Ausflüge über die gesamte Insel mit dem Auto, nicht überlaufene Strände in 20 min erreichbar. Die Betreuung war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus einfach traumhaft!

14 Tage Erholung in der Finca Hierbas

Wir haben mit drei Generationen traumhafte 14 Tage in der wunderschönen Finca Hierbas genossen. Das Anwesen hat eine traumhafte Lage mitten in der Natur und zum schönen Naturstrand Mesquida sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Rundum Wohlfühlen braucht. Wir kommen wieder. Raimund E.

pro: Lage - 15 min fussläufig zum sehr schönen Strand Zimmeraufteilung: 4 gleichwertige Zimmer mit Bad Küchenausstattung, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank leider in Extraraum Manko: Poolbereich: sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wenig gepflegt, Steine vermost, Poolkacheln abgesprungen, Loungemöbel einfachst und verschmutzt Terrasse: sehr schön, überdacht, Boden leider ungepflegt. Unterm Tisch und am Grill 'Kleckereien' diverser Vormieter Grundstück: grosses Grundstück aber nicht nutzbar. Beschränkung auf engen Poolbereich Sonneneinstrahlung: hohe Baeume rund um Haus und den Poolbereich, daher sowohl morgens bis ca. 11 Uhr und auch abends keine Sonne. Beschneiden / Ausdünnen der Bewachsung notwendig um mehr Sonne und mehr Ausblick zu haben. Müll : nur ein grosser Mülleimer, keine Mülltonnen suf dem Grundstück. Aufforderung des Verwalters, den Müll ins 2 km entfernte Cala Mesquida zu fahren Air Condition: keine, war im September ok, könnte unerträglich im Sommer sein Handtücher: keine Pool- oder Strandtücher Checkout: um 9.45 war Verwalter bereits im Haus Fazit: für einen Preis von 3500 euro pro Woche ist das Objekt zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zu ungepflegt. Wir hatten eindeutig meh erwartet. Die Lage ist allerdings schön.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca

Wir hatten in der Finca Hierbas einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alle vier Schlafzimmer plus Bad sind exakt gleich und gut ausgestattet. Küche hat alles was man braucht, den Aussenbereich haben wir sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war von A-Z perfekt!

Rückblick absolut positiv mit einem kleinen Fehler...

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt leider ist die BAdebucht fest in der Hand des Hotelkomplexes und es fehlen alternative BArs oder ein kleines Restaurant. Als nicht Hotelgast haben wir 2 x mitbekommen müssen das man nicht so willkommen ist - da ist ahlt pünktlich Schluss und wenig Freudnlichkeit zu spüren gewesen. DAS Haus selbst ist echt super !

Authentische Finca mit sehr schönem Flair!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften und erholsamen Urlaub in der Finca Hierbas. Dank der idealen Raumaufteilung konnte sich auch jede Familie/Paar zurück ziehen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und bietet allerhand Möglichkeiten zum Zubereiten von Tapas, Pasta & Co. Auf der großzügigen Terasse oder tagsüber am Pool konnten wir die gemeinsame Zeit ausgiebig genießen. Gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub in der Finca Hierbas

Die Finca ist wunderschön...auch im Februar, wenn die Nächte noch ein wenig frisch sind. Dank der tollen Heizung hatten wir es in jedem Zimmer wunderbar warm. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind alle gleich gross, was perfekt für 4 Paare ist. Die Lage ist toll und lädt zu unendlichen vielen Spaziergängen durch das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet ein. Auch zum Strand ist es zu Fuss nicht weit. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Besitzer, dass die Finca Hierbas so liebevoll eingerichtet ist.

Ein wundervoller Familienurlaub

Die Finca liegt idyllisch im Naturschutzgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Sie lädt zu viel Ruhe und Entspannung ein. Den Pool und die Außenanlage haben wir sehr genossen und viel genutzt. Täglicher Familientreffpunkt war das gemeinsame Kochen in der gut ausgestatteten Küchen mit anschließendem gemeinsamen Essen und Spieleabend auf der Terasse. Die täglichen Besuche der Katzen waren uns eine Freude. Die Finca können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
