Sprucewood Cottage is a cozy cottage with Lake Placid lake views from the porch and living room. The property has a living room and reading nook, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped galley kitchen and dining area. Take the chill off on a cool Adirondack evening by the beautiful cobblestone, wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen and twin. The sofa sleeper in the living room can sleep an additional two people. The cottage is located adjacent to the Whiteface Club & Resort.

Olympic nostalgia
Visited lake placid as a kid and always wanted to come back. Sprucewood cottage had everything I was looking for and it was great to revisit area in such a close proximity but still tucked away from everything.

Wonderful Vacation Home
We had a wonderful vacation at Spruce Cottage. The location was perfect. The view of the lake was Gorgeous and the home is just 8 minutes from town. The house had everything we could need. The king sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The fireplace was a wonderful on cool nights. This home was stocked with everything we could ever need. Spruce Cottage is the nicest VRBO we have stayed at.
