This 2 bedroom condominium is located at the exclusive Whiteface Club and Resort, a country club on Lake Placid with a newly renovated 18 hole golf course, 6 clay tennis courts, a full service marina, 2 seasonal restaurants (one on the water, one on the golf course) and a Nordic center in the winter months).

This Brookhill condo. is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living room, a wood burning fireplace.
There are 2 bedrooms (Master BR with King & 2nd bedroom with Queen & 2 Bunk Beds),
and 2 full baths (1 w/ whirlpool tub).
This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. Outside patio and lawn overlook Lake Placid and Whiteface mountain. Nearby Lake Placid Village, offering great shopping and fine dining.
Nearby Whiteface Ski Resort, home of the 1980 Winter Olympics. Kayaking and boat rental available. Landscaped beach for swimming (free beach passes for 5, extra beach passes for $70 per person per week).

Great location, comfortable space, quiet area on the club property, and very close to downtown Lake Placid. Great view of whiteface mountain, and also enjoyed the lake access. We would definitely return.

Great Experience! Family Friendly Lake Placid Condo

Our family of 5 recently stayed there and had a great time! The weather was a little wet for part of our visit, so we spent some time inside as a family playing games and watching movies. Great views, and spacious living areas...we are planning on renting again next time we are in Lake Placid!

Great spot to explore the Adirondacks. Property was great. Great time of year for hiking. Hit or miss for activities and eateries (Moose Lodge was closed as was marina so no kayaking from the prpoerty).

Adirondack visit

We had a great stay at the condo. It was a great space for our family. Very clean and well stocked. The covered porch was nice for being outside on a rainy day. We loved that we could easily walk to the waterfront on a trail right outside the condo.

Steps away from Lake Placid shoreline

Fantastic property, steps away from the lake. The marina is right there. Nice bathrooms, and even a small outdoor seating area. Location is conveniently near supermarkets and a few minutes from Lake Placid village.
