Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 1-2 Personen, es ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden, die Lage ist toll. Schöner Balkon, auf dem ich die Nachmittagssonne genießen konnte. Was nicht so optimal ist: Der Parkplatz war selbst für mein kleines Auto nicht zu gebrauchen! Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage - ohne Aufzug.

Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas mehr gepflegt werden bzw. mal modernisiert werden. Lage der Wohnung zum Wasser ist top! Preis aber für die Wohnung nicht gerechtfertigt
