Across from quiet condo pool with access to resort style pool, hot tub, gym, hockey, tennis, basketball, huge play ground, butterfly garden and more at main club house. Bella Terra is located near numerous shopping/outlet malls and restaurants. Probably the hottest area in town with the new Corkscrew road expansion and development boom. Minutes from FGCU and the airport. Newly furnished. 2 televisions. You will never want to leave. HOA application approval required (approx. $150). Full calendar months only for January- March please. April partial available with March rental. 30 day minimum rentals.
