We have a huge 4 bedroom 3 bath home with 2 different living room areas. This new construction home is less than 1 year old with luxury professionally decorated furnishings throughout. The community has indoor/outdoor pickleball courts, a massive resort pool, food and drink bar, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, spa, tennis and a full service gym all onsite. Amenities galore! This home backs to a massive lake and has a covered lanai to soak in the views. A brand new Publix grocery store just opened and outlet malls and dozens of restaurant's are just a few miles away. 20 mins to the beach and 15 mins from Ft. Myers International Airport.
Looking for Winter Floridians to host for 30 days or longer. Preferred 1st - 30th bookings.
