Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please tidy up the property by doing the following: Wash and put away all used dishes.

Please take out all the trash. You can leave the bags near the trash cans in the hallway. Remove all items from the fridge.

Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition. Please leave the unit before 10am, the cleaners will be at the unit at 10am to get it ready for the next guests

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Two parking passes And two door keys please do not lose these keys as they are $50 each. Parking is across the hotel in a garage please use walkway.

At the end of your stay please put all Linen and bath towels in the bath tub.

Any linen left outside of the room will be lost and the guest will be charged $450
