Spectacular Property

5 Stars are not enough!!!! The owner is responsive and kind. There is ample room with an upstairs and downstairs bedroom, with an outdoor patio, upstairs outdoor balcony viewing the pacific, stunning views of the pacific from the living room, well appointed artwork, attention to detail, garage parking. I can't say enough good things.

The View is Truly Amazing

Beautiful home. The pictures are accurate. I think I didn’t realize how many stairs are in the home, and that the neighborhood is quite hilly. You will get good exercise if walking the dog, or just yourself :) It is super convenient to have exclusive use of the garage for parking, as the short driveway up to it is a bit steep for loading and unloading, and you also have use of driveway parking for an extra car, as there’s little street parking available. The back patio was one of our favorite hangouts for reading, chatting, bbq, and was a completely fenced deck area for our little dog. Sara is nearby, but doesn’t intrude, and will promptly answer any questions you have. South Laguna is very pleasant and quieter than some of the neighborhoods closer to the village of Laguna Beach. It is convenient to anything you’d want to do on the coast.
