On the 25m ² large south-facing terrace you can relax on the lounge furniture, whether with a perfectly tempered glass of wine or a book from the in-house holiday library: Enjoy our fresh sea air and let your soul! For balmy summer evenings, an electric grill is available, so that nothing stands in the way of a delicious barbeque.

Even in the top-equipped and modern kitchen, you have the opportunity to conjure up great dishes for your loved ones and to eat them with a fantastic view of the water. In the open living area then comfortable seating sets invite you to relax and if the weather does not play along, they have many alternative entertainment options with flat-screen TV, BluRay player, music system and free Wi-Fi. For cuddly warm temperatures provide underfloor heating and woodburning stove. From the living room you reach the north-facing balcony, where you can watch the rising sun towards the east in the morning: the perfect start to the day! In two separate bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and water views, you will find a restful night's sleep. The infrared light fence with adjoining, walk-in shower ensures even more relaxation. The apartment has an additional shower room on the 1st Floor, so you can enjoy plenty of space and comfort even with maximum occupancy.

A private, lockable storage room is available to our guests in front of the house for secure storage of bicycles. A private parking space with charging station for e-car is also available.
