Beautiful, recently renovated home with tons of natural light, heated pool and water access to Peconic Bay at the end of the road! Set in tranquility, this is a perfect home for families looking to get away and relax while having lots of great activities only minutes away. The backyard is filled with trees and provides some natural shade in the open backyard during those hot summer days. Enjoy the newly lined, heated pool (with optional fence) or take a little walk down the road to the Peconic Bay water access. Take your kayak or paddle board or simply pick shells and watch the amazing sunset views!
Located in Noyac, less than 10 minutes away from Sag Harbor. Centrally located between Sag, Bridgehampton, and Southampton. Less than 5 minutes from Long Beach, and additional beaches just 10-20 minutes away! Just a few minutes away from a supermarket, local farms and restaurants even closer than town.
