Downstairs there is a covered car and patio area where you enjoy a cocktail and layback and take in the beautiful sunshine. The downstairs area also features a front canal facing 60ft dock, pool, sitting area, Weber Grill, and dining table. We have spared no expense, the home has been fully updated with top of the line appliances, TV's and home goods. If cooking is your thing we have everything that you need to make a delicious home cooked meal. There are also many local restaurants that you can visit or order take out.
