2 bedrooms, 1 bath in a contemporary open concept living/kitchen layout with many windows that stream natural light. A stylish and fully equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. Units have their own patio perfect for relaxing and star gazing! Recently built with upgraded flooring, light fixtures, stainless steel appliances, laundry, and granite countertops.

You will have full access to the entire first floor of this 2 unit building. The front of the unit features a large patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy nature. The front door leads to an open great room with a large comfortable couch, a 55" smart TV to stream your favorite shows, and a large kitchen with all the comforts of home. The back of the unit features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom.

Great weekend at Indian Lake!

My friends and I had a great weekend at this property! Overall great place to stay. Would have loved if the property had a washer/dryer and the water might need a water softener because it had a weird smell. But would definitely recommend this property and worth the price!

Clean, new, perfect location

This property was clean, new, and the location was perfect! It was very close to the lake and walking/bike path. Great parking. My reason for not rating a 5 was due to the iron in the water. It was so high the towels turned orange and since I'm blonde I was very concerned my hair would also be effected. I suggest a water softener. I also had to buy a corkscrew (I left it for other guests).

Thanks for the feedback! We recently had a water softener installed but it is taking longer than expected to get the lines and hot water tanks flushed out. That situation should improve soon. I apologize for the missing corkscrew. I thought we had one in there but I appreciate you providing that. We would love to have you back!

We live in Columbus, Ohio. We enjoy coming to the lake on weekends with our family and long time friends. We have been coming up here for years and our friends could never find a place to stay on the weekends. We decided to build some great vacation units to solve that problem. Just a couple of our favorite things to do at the lake is watching the 4th of July fireworks right overhead at the property or walking the path along the water from the Lake House to The Landing Tavern and rewarding ourselves with their famous Bloody Mary and Breakfast.

Why they chose this property

In addition to being all brand new, there is nothing on the lake like this property. It is a fantastic location with a 1 minute walk to the lake to take in amazing views of the wildlife, boats, wave runners, and water skiers. If you have 2 people or 20 we can offer private accommodations all on the same property.
