Great lake trip starts with a great house

This is a lovely property that met all of our needs. There were 5 adults and 3 children who stayed there for 4 days and nights. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved fishing off the dock and using the sliding board and we all enjoyed the kayaks. The hosts were accessible and responsive. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely rent it again.

Great house

We have rented many properties at Hyco. This house so far has been the best. Great location, wonderful views, fully stocked kitchen. The boat house was spacious. The beds were all super comfortable. The house was clean and cozy. The walk to the dock was paved and easy. Great fishing off the dock too! Will definitely return.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The location of this property was perfect! Nice and quiet. Had everything we needed and the host checked in on us frequently via email. We got a bit lost taking the trash to the drop off and Tamsyn was there with a response almost immediately to help us! The home is laid out really well for a larger group. We had adult children and the basement with a living area and two bedrooms was perfect for them to have their own space while the older crowd enjoyed the main level. The family is all raving about how much fun it was. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Lakefront, dock, deck and views--and more!

This house was a wonderful stay! We were 8 aunts & uncles here for a wedding of a nephew. Beautiful views from the deck, and lots of space for all in the well-laid out floor plan. It really added a special dimension to our stay. It is everything one could want and more!

Relaxing

The house is very well set up for guests and the whole experience of staying there is very relaxing. I appreciate all the attention to detail and the tranquility of the lake. The dock house really makes it a special place.

Great week on the Lake!

We had a very relaxing week in your home. You have done a wonderful job making your home relaxing and comfortable! The beds were super comfy! We loved eating out on the covered porch and relaxing on the dock. We enjoyed the kayaks and also rented a pontoon boat and took in the beautiful Hyco Lake.

Beautiful lake front home

My family had a wonderful time celebrating my brother’s 50th birthday! Tamsyn was very communicative and even got on the phone with the internet company to get a WiFi issue fixed on the first day! We rented a boat and loved being able to take trips out on the lake from the very nice boat house. My daughters loved the slide into the lake! 5 stars. Would stay here again!
