The Property

Perched on a private point with over 500 feet of shoreline, Sueños offers panoramic lake views from nearly every room. With water on three sides, you’ll enjoy a sense of seclusion and tranquility that’s rare on Hyco Lake.

As you approach, you’ll pass a Chambourcin vineyard, planted in spring 2023, and multiple honeybee hives working hard to pollinate the vines. Expansive lawns offer space for play or quiet reflection and lead down to a gentle lakefront with a spacious dock.

Lounge chairs with stunning deep-water views
Slip is not available for use, but you can tie your boat to the dock.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home and all outdoor amenities, with the exception of the garage and storage areas.

Neighborhood & Location

Located in a quiet, rural lakefront neighborhood—but still close to restaurants, vineyards, and area attractions.

We do not allow guests to lease our boat, however, there is a boat rental company at Hyco Lake that will be able to assist your request.

For guests attending events or weddings at Unsalted Farm at Hyco Lake, our property is conveniently located near the venue and many guests have found the location ideal for enjoying both the celebration and a relaxing lakeside stay.
