Fun & funky, this bungalow on 1/3 acre in East Austin is a charming getaway. The property line backs up to the East Boggy Creek Green Belt, less than 15 minutes from downtown and the airport. This oasis of tranquility with great natural light throughout has a beautiful open feel. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the property features a spacious fenced-in yard, providing ample space to roam and a cozy fire pit for gatherings.

Guest Access:
The entire property. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.

Pets allowed with fee. Not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your animals.

Other Things to Note:
There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
Fireworks are not allowed.

Nice house, so so neighborhood.

Nice house, modern decor, enough space, comfortable beds. It was well stocked with necessities. The only downside is the neighborhood. It looks like it's getting better, but some parts are still a bit rough. Plus, airplanes fly over until late at night, so pretty noisy.

A fun holiday visit

The location and layout of the house were great for what we needed and where we needed to go in Austin. It was pet-perfect and we enjoyed our visit!

Home away from home

We had a very comfortable stay! Fully stocked with anything and everything we would need for a weekend with family. Owners were incredibly quick in response to any question we had. Great location, close to campus, downtown, and Zilker Park. We will be back!!
