Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave garage door opener and pool key in the same drawer in the kitchen as it was left
Leave tv remote visible on coffee table.
There will be a charge if it is not returned
Please throw trash away and set on the curb for pickup by Sunday night, Monday before check out bring empty trash can in garage.
Smart lock will close on it’s own after you leave. You’ll have access to it until 11:00am check out time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
