Summary:
Beautifully remodeled, south-facing Desert Falls condo overlooks a sparkling pool and large green belt. The southern Santa Rosa mountains offer a gorgeous backdrop behind the abundant palm trees. Designed with families in mind, this newly renovated home (kitchen, countertop and hardwood floors), is the perfect family escape. Enjoy the sun all day from the back balcony, or lounge by one of the many pools. Grounds include access to a fitness center, pools, tennis courts, and fitness facilities.
The Space:
At Open Air Homes, we have a folding high-chair and Pack ’n Play/travel crib available on request. Let us know if you need one and we will have it delivered after check-in.
Guest Access:
You will have complete access to the Desert Falls community in Palm Desert. This well-maintained HOA is short term rental friendly, and is a quiet, clean and family friendly community with many pools to choose from.
Please note, that there are no construction, handymen or cleaners allowed in the HOA on Sunday to do work. We therefore cannot do same day turns on Sundays, and prefer to not do check ins on Sundays in general to abide by the HOA rules.
Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man for the community, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
The Neighborhood:
The Desert Falls community of Palm Desert is perfect for golf lovers and those looking to be centrally located within the Coachella Valley. Palm Springs is a short drive away, as is La Quinta.
The City of Palm Desert has a moratorium on short term rentals, but allows HOAs to decide if they want to allow rentals. This community is a great representation of a community that has some long term tenants, renters, as well as shorter stay guests.
Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
Other Things to Note:
Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
Instant Book is turned off for all of our homes at Open Air Homes. This is a conscious decision in order to be a positive change for the short term rental industry, We encourage guests to send us a respectful note and provide us a little bit of background about your group before booking, and then we will take this to the owner for approval. We believe that mutual respect is key to ensuring that this industry can thrive. Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

The Open Air Homes team is dedicated to making sure you have a great experience staying with us! We use a centralized texting service and have an international team so that we can provide you with 24/7 communication. You can rest assured that someone from the Open Air team will be there should you need us at any hour of the night.
