Beautiful unit with full gulf view

I've stayed in numerous units in beach retreat and this one is perfect! Clean, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and of course you can't beat the unobstructed vies of the gulf!

We could not have chosen a better location to stay at on our Destin vacation. Condo was very clean and just like the pictures on the listing. Pool was awesome and beach right across the street. Checking was flawless and communication was effortless through email. Will definitely be staying here again if we come back next year.

Great space for a family!

Beach Pointe 303 is beautiful and has all you need for a home away from vacation. The 3 levels were great for our family to be able to have some privacy, but gather together in the living and dining area for food and games. The walk to the beach is easy safe and short. The location in Destin is easy access to all the fun places. Can't wait to return. Laura and Renee are so easy to work with.

Delightful Beach Getaway

This was a perfect vacation house for our adult kids and grandkids. We have stayed in a lot of beach houses over the years and this house is one of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed in. The location to the beach is just a short walk. The house is lovely and very well taken care of. I will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Destin. MJ

simple, easy and great location

The size of this condo was perfect for our family of 5, including 2 children. Location was perfect - view the beach from the balcony and and simply walk across the street to get there. Management was very responsive and informative. Unit was clean and had all items necessary to make us comfortable for a week. Would definitely rent here again.

fun time in Destin

We had a great week at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location is great. Even tho it is technically across the street from the beach, there aren't any buildings in front of this complex, so no obstructed view. It's a nice small complex, never had to wait for the elevator or anything. Super nice walking path in front of the complex for morning walks.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved the property. It was so convenient to the beach. I rented a golf cart but it was not needed. We could walk to the beach any time we wanted. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We will be back.

The condo was wonderful. Great deck with a lovely view of the ocean. Loved the decor, sofa covers were different than picture but still nice. Wished we could have had it for the rest of the month we were here. Only neg. towels could have been bigger and we needed extra blankets. Would rent there again.

We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Fortunately, we completely changed out the front door lock during your stay and serviced the sliding glass door as well as showing you how to use the TV remote. I was completely surprised by complaints regarding cleanliness when it was not mentioned until over a week after arrival in our daily conversations. We offered to have housekeeping return eventhough it was so long after your arrival. Thankfully, these complaints are not a pattern of guests unhappiness as most of our guests are very pleased with Beach Retreat 309, Beach Peach. We hope that you will return again in the future and find that these items are not problems. We work very hard to provide wonderful beach accommodations with great views.

Wonderful spot!

Everything about this condo was exactly as advertised and wonderful. The only thing that we did not like was how the beach service sat the chairs up in a "U" shape instead of facing the water. We had an issue with the AC the night that we arrived, and management had it addressed immediately. It worked great the rest of our trip. Would highly recommend this property!

Snowbird vacation!

This rental was great! We brought our dog and she loved all the dogs we met on the walk right along the whole road. Beds were good, and that’s important! Thanks for the coffee pot and Keurig-that is an essential these days! But I would kindly ask that the frying pans be replaced with good ones! Overall it’s a great stay and we’ll be back!

Clean and Beautiful condo, perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Unit 309. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of silverware, dishes, 2 different styles of coffee pots (k-cup and regular-perfect for my husband and I's different preferences), and just about any utensil you could possibly need. Decor was lovely, kitchen and bathroom upgrades were beautiful! Location was perfect, 1-2 minute walk or 45 second jog :) We did not bring our pets, but love that it is an option. Lots of dogs to ogle at around the Beach retreat property, which our family loved! Highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling with their family, the set up would also be great for 2 couples with a couple small kids. Thank you for such a great stay!

Overall Great Experience

I wish I could leave a 4.5 star review because there are a few things that I experienced that made it less than 5 stars. First, location is great. Beach is beautiful. Condo is as described. However, there were a few things that were ....irritating. Wifi doesn't work. My phone showed connected but no internet the entire duration of our stay. Just glad I didn't need to work, because it would have been impossible in the condo. Second, the toilet paper. We had 4 rolls for 6 people for 7 days. Yeah, that didn't last. We had to go buy some mid week. The 2 trash bags to last a week also not enough unless you never eat in the condo. Last, no extra blankets. As someone who is ALWAYS cold this is a deal breaker. We knew coming down and brought some but extras in the condo would have been appreciated. Overall would recommend and would stay again

Great unit and location

The condo was exactly as shown pin the VRBO listing . Upon arrival the door code did not work , but a call to Renee quickly resolved it . The unit was very clean and well stocked . The view of the beach across the road was great . Very easy beach access . The building is pet friendly and many of the renters had small to medium size dogs . The condo would comfortably sleep 6-8 people . We were only two plus our Yorkie. !

Beautiful property!!!

We have been staying at Miramar beach for several years now and this is by far hands down our favorite property yet!! The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the view is stunning!! Renee was easily accessible and so helpful! The kitchen and bathrooms are especially beautiful and we loved the fact the kitchen had not only a standard coffee pot but also a keurig! We will definitely stay here again! Wish we could have stayed longer!!
