Nur drei Gehminuten benötigen Sie zum 6 km frei zugänglichen Chiemsee-Badestrand sowie zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka-Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Restaurants, etc.
Das helle und gemütliche 50qm-große Dachstudio erreichen Sie über einen separaten Zugang durch eine Außenwendeltreppe. Im Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Parkettboden befindet sich ein Kabel-TV. Die separate und vollausgestattete Küche bietet unter anderem einen Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, 2-Platten-Kochfeld mit Essplatz. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet, ein Fön steht zur Verfügung. Berg- und Seeblick. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sind inklusive.
